Leaving Temperature From Sidearm = 130 Degrees
2.1GPM Through Water Heater Side
8.5 GMP Through Furnace Side
Entering Water From Boiler = 160 Degrees

Using these parameters, the sidearm produces 84,000 BTUH
The recovery time of a 50 gallon water heater is 15 minutes
