Grow & Bloom, Inc. was created to meet the business ideas of its founding members Alisa Schumacher and Mark Schoellig. The Corporate Umbrella of Grow & Bloom, Inc. includes three business subsidiaries: Weekend Wings™, The Potted Daisy™ and Alternative Heating of North America™.

Weekend Wings™ is a business entity focusing on Aviation and Leisure/Sports activities and
products.

The Potted Daisy™ is a wholesale Home & Garden Furnishings business with an additional
Line of personal accessories. Its products are offered specifically to the Home Furnishings and Gift Shop Boutique Markets.

Alternative Heating of North America™ (AHONA™) operates its business entity focusing on the distribution of Alternative Heating and Energy Products. This is accomplished through a network of Authorized Dealers. The primary vision of this business grew from Mark's keen interest in exploring alternative, innovative energy and heating products. Mark's extensive General Contracting and Plumbing/Heating proficiency compliments the development of this business.

AHONA™ BUSINESS TIMELINE:

Spring of 2003-AHONA™ became an Executive Dealer (Distributor) for a large Outdoor Wood Furnace Company located in Beatrice, Nebraska. AHONA™ was able to develop a distribution network throughout the Northeast. Managed Northeast Region of the US for 5 years.

AHONA™ adopted and maintained a corporate mission to continually strive to stay in the forefront of design and technology, balancing the offering of consumer's products that improve quality of life complimented by affordable pricing.

During the past several years, while carrying the Outdoor Furnace designs, legislation began to be implemented in the local, state and regional areas of the United States to limit or ban the use of outdoor furnaces due to excessive smoke. The major Outdoor Furnace brands continued design and production as usual, not embracing alternate technologies and designs required to help grow the Outdoor Wood Burning Industry.

April 2007-AHONA management begins changes in products offered. Pursues Green Environmentally friendly products that would meet the upcoming EPA standards. Formal decision and strategic actions put in place to break away from current outdoor furnace manufacturer to prepare for Spring 2008 EPA Phase I requirements voluntary emission standards. In lieu of creating a new design or wait for current American Manufacturers to complete a design to meet these standards AHONA™ elected to partner with the only American Corporation at that time, importing the Eco-Vimar Orlanski Product lines of Environmentally friendly wood gasification technologies from Europe.

While the Gasification technology is still a new and developing technology in the United States, it has been utilized in the European Market for two decades. By utilizing this proven European design that has been in existence for the last two decades we are able to insure the ability to offer the consumer a product that is efficient and effective, eliminating the guesswork or fine-tuning that occurs when new designs and technologies that are unproven enter the Marketplace

Late Fall of 2008-Vimar-Orlanski approves expansion to the US Market through Eco-Orlan USA, LLC. The forming of Eco-Orlan USA, LLC is created to further expand the 15 years of Eco-Vimar Orlanski's gasification technology and expertise through a standardized process and standardized distribution channel.

February 2009-The Orlan PAXO® Gasification Boiler enjoys great reviews and support when introduced in the European Market. Eco-Orlan USA, LLC is approved for exclusive distribution rights of the Orlan Paxo Wood Gasification units to the US Market through their Network of Authorized Dealers.

March 2009- Alternative Heating of North America™ partners with Eco-Orlan USA, LLC to develop a dynamic Dealer Network in the United States. This Authorized Dealer Network will be set-up regionally, with a Regional Dealer in place in various parts of the Country to develop and grow specific regional areas. AHONA will be handling the North-East Region of the United States.

The Burner Boys™, Clark Gracyalny and Dale Steadman (that have collaborated AHONA™ on various business projects) begin partnering with Eco-Orlan USA, LLC as the Central US Regional Dealer.

Spring 2009- Eco-Vimar Orlanski grants exclusivity to Importer Eco-Orlan USA, LLC as the sole Importer of Eco-Orlan Products to include: Eco Orlan Boilers such as the Orlan Paxo® to be offered only through an Authorized network of Dealers.

Fall 2009-Continued testing of the Eco-Vimar Orlanski Pellet Boiler at AHONA™ with various American made pellets before the units are re-introduced for sale into the Marketplace.

In addition, to the Green Technology eco-friendly Eco-Orlan Vimar products, we also carry a wide array of additional products to help enhance your purchase of your alternative heating system. Whether you are a licensed plumber or the do-it-yourselfer we strive to offer other essential components needed to complete the job. We support the business model of a network of Dealers to assist in having local support and service striving to offer products that meet our stringent standards for quality and value.

Instead of touting ourselves as the undisputed leader in alternative heating products, we strive for quality and commitment. In lieu of operating strictly on Internet sales, we prefer the traditional business models. We feel it is important to maintain a presence through a Network of Dealers, so that the consumer has a localized business contact. We are not looking for a quick internet sale, which is why you will find us at Tradeshows, fairs, farm shows etc where the consumer can come and see the units firsthand. In many instances you will also find one of our show trailers at various shows with units in operation, To Us you are not just an Internet sale!

Additionally, we have several units in operation at our warehouse facility, where a consumer can see the units running and gain knowledge on their operation.

We let the consumer be the best judge of our service and performance. We strive for business integrity and adhere to sound business practices. We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, are listed with Dunn & Bradstreet, and are a founding member of BTEC.
